  I Stayed during Essence Festival weekend. My check in was very smooth by the front desk manager double room was very clean and location was 3 min walk to the strip . I can say I did a little maintenance issue and my housekeeper Saundra was very pro-actively on it . It got bought to the General Manager Dapahanie and the Asst GM Raynard . I was pleasantly surprised to see quickly they resolved my issue . They keep in contact to make sure I was ok with my accommodations throughout the entire weekend. We were able to come to an easy mutual compromise for my inconvenience. I love they were personally involved and accessible and took complete ownership , apologized and made it right Security officer young lady was amazing housekeeping and breakfast was awsome . Parking was accessible I block walk my car was very safe . Overall , my stay ended up very pleasant whole staff friendly helping from my recent knee surgery. Highly recommended.

  Stayed here for a couple of nights this month (August 5-8, 2026). The staff was the best part of the trip. They were friendly and helpful. These 5 stars are for them! They recommended local spots and were pleasant to chat with. The room was decent, nothing special but comfortable as a whole. I thought it was supposed to come with a robe and slippers but I also didn't follow up to ask. Overall, it was a decent stay and in a good location.

  You can't beat the location - nearly on Canal St. The rooms were reasonably priced. There are numerous restaurants within a couple of blocks of the hotel and you're out of the Bourbon St. area just enough to enjoy a little quiet.

  Very disappointing experience. I was told I would receive a refund for an incorrect charge, but instead my card was charged again for almost the same amount. The hotel’s final receipt shows a $0 balance, yet I still received an additional charge. I’ve contacted the hotel and I’m still waiting for a solution. Please check your bank statements carefully after staying here. Also, the “breakfast” is basically just eggs, and the lady serving breakfast was extremely rude and unfriendly. Definitely not the experience I expected from a hotel.

  La ubicación es magnífica. El desayuno está bien. PERO, no incluye parqueo y cobran $48 LA NOCHE por el parqueo. Y el parqueo queda a 4 cuadras 🙄 super incómodo. El cuarto no tiene mini nevera. Lo demás está bien. Pero les dejo saber para que no les agarre de sorpresa el parqueo. El precio es ridículo. La máquina de hielo no funciona del todo y parece que lleva meses porque lo leí en otra reseña. Y la recepcionista de la mañana que me atendió por 4 días. Odia su trabajo, la vida, la gente. Terrible.
