Room is very clean and easy to get to however they go no vending, no drink and the breakfast sucks. When the restaurant open its good!!
Great customer service. Good breakfast before heading back home to Houston Texas. We were there visiting family in Four Corners Louisiana, my cousins Alexander's & Jones and Mark's family. for my cousin's home going service Andrew Alexander was our first cousin ❤️ 💙
Since the owner's response, it should be noted that I was still there for 1 day. They didn't contact me then. I'm writing this review from room 185 now actually. Maybe the roaches are more of a problem in the hot times because I never saw these in the previous 3 stays here. Hotel Owner: reach out to me. I like your spot but it desperately needs help to support the folks that will be showing up in the future.

When I first arrived they had a flood in the lobby somewhere. There was a loud pump. I waited for about 10 min before the front desk helped me. She was busy-totally understand. She was very friendly.
Headed to my room and the door was OPENED. I was on the phone with my husband to make sure no one was in my room-like what was he gonna do?! Lol
In the morning I woke up and found a bug in the bathroom-not just a bug a roach. I panicked-none of my things were on the floor besides my shoes. I looked up in the corner of the ceiling and saw two more. I checked out early.
This place was really disappointing. The rooms are outdated and honestly need a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean. Also, it’s more of a motel setup with doors opening to the outside, which wasn’t ideal.
Service was confusing and frustrating. At check-in, I was told there was a breakfast buffet next door for $5.99 per person. When I asked about the free breakfast, the front desk said there were Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits you could microwave in the morning, which sounded fine to me. But the next morning, when my friend and I went to grab them, we were rudely stopped and asked, “Where are you going?” When I explained we were getting the free breakfast, we were told we had to go next door and pay for the buffet instead. When I mentioned the biscuits, the staff seemed surprised we even knew about them.
We ended up just turning on the lights ourselves, grabbing some yogurt, bananas, biscuits, and taking muffins to go.
Overall, this place is overpriced with poor service. I wouldn’t recommend.
(The exterior is beautiful but deceiving.)
