  I stayed for two nights with a friend and we split the nights. BW charged me for three. nights and charged my friend for one. BW refunded me one night, but refuses to refund me for the second night. I spoke to GM Carrie Peters who promises to refund me and promises to return my calls but to date hasn't refunded me nor returned my calls. I called since she hasn't called me and she has given me 3 different excuses as to why she can't refund me: 1) She can't get ahold of BW's IT Dept 2) She's been trying to get ahold of my credit card co (HUH?) 3) There's a glitch in their system. GM Peters hung up on me during our call which was extremely rude and unprofessional. Ms. Peters was able to refund me for one night with no problem but now all the sudden there's a "glitch" and she can't refund me for the second night without contacting IT. Apparently BW IT is never open because this has been an issue since May 1 and she claims she "can't get ahold of IT". Today is May 8 and on May 7 Ms. Peters promised to refund me on May 8 and she promised to call me on May 8: No call and no refund. This is extremely disappointing. BW owes me $243.87 and I just want my refund. :( I am a travel influencer and have traveled the world and this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

  I stay here quite often passing through for work. Always clean, always friendly, and always comfortable. It's easy to get to and far enough out of Louisville to be quiet and not as busy but still close enough to not be a burden. Remodeling right now and it will only get better..

  The only thing nice about this hotel was the staff. The lobby looked like a crime scene with yellow caution tape closing off access to part of the hotel and a make shift check-in desk that had visible cables and wiring hanging out from all sides. The breakfast area had extremely warped plastic folding tables that looked ready to collapse at any time. Nothing about the set up was welcoming or made you feel like you wanted to eat anything from that area. I was told they were remodelling but the extremely poor appearance of the lobby and surrounding areas was beyond ridiculous and obviously not solely the result of being under construction. The room appeared to be clean but it was in dire need of repair and updating. The bathroom had a big area of peeling paint on the ceiling and the furniture looked dated and really banged up from years of use. The hotel is "pet friendly" but unlike similar hotel chains that also allow pets, this one does not maintain even a small # of rooms for guests that have allergies to pet dander so beware if that applies to you.

  Rooms were very clean & fresh. Staff is professional & courteous, Breakfast is simple yet satisfactory, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, juices & cereal choices With checkout time is 11:00, more than. adequate for being on the road. I left my medications in the room & the house keepers promptly recovered them Trust worthy, Honesty Thank you!
