Absolutely Wonderful Customer Service! We had been camping when our CO detector started going off in the middle of the night. We were exhausted, stressed, and desperately trying to find a place at the last minute that could accommodate both us and our dogs. Thankfully, we found Jill at the front desk, and she was absolutely wonderful. Jill went out of her way to find us a room at the last minute that could accommodate us and our dogs. When we arrived, she even greeted my fur babies with treats! After the stressful night we had been having, that small act of kindness meant more than she probably realized. Jill was friendly, compassionate, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took what had been a very stressful situation and made us feel welcomed and taken care of. That is what exceptional customer service looks like. By the time we finally got settled and I came back out, Jill had left for the night, so I didn't get the opportunity to personally thank her. Jill is an absolute gem and truly an asset to your company. I hope management recognizes what a wonderful employee they have and lets her know just how much we appreciated everything she did for us. Thank you, Jill, for taking such good care of us and our fur babies when we really needed it! ❤️

Very nice hotel but metal bed frames, sounds like I'm dropping anchor 😭 (beds are still comfortable)
