  Bad hotel. Made reservation with corp. Room not ready when i got there. Ac broken. Seccond room smelled of smoke had pretzel crumbs and what looked like blood on the sheets. No sausage at breakfast took.me 5 min to wash out the hairs fyom the tub, ac not on in seccond room took 2 hours to cool it down. Ky is not a third world country. Mgt is not present and does not care. Will be filing diamond premium level complaint with corp. Its very simple just do your job, clean rooms, prepare them before guests arrive if your too cheep to leave tte ac on a little. Get all the hairs out of the tub the blood off the sheets and the pretzeles off the floor. Stop being a lazy person.

  This looked like a really nice place so we booked a night on our way home from elsewhere. Won't do that again! I pulled the sheets back to climb in & then the mattress cover corner too. Not good! There was hair and stains there, so now here I sit and I'm going to sleep sitting up in the chair. We would go on and leave, but neither of us drive after dark (we're old). The glass lamps are in desperate need of a truly good cleaning, and there is enough dust on top of the fridge to write your name in it. The a/c unit doesn't light up properly, so you have to guess you get the settings right, and change them until you do. The bathroom drains are also slow. I'm very disappointed ☹️.

  Stayed while passing by on a family trip. Very comfortable bed, clean room, quiet environment. would stay here again front desk employees are kind and courteous!
