  I have spent the worst night of my life in this hotel the room the air conditioning makes more noise than the air it throws, the shower is blocked that the water goes up to the ankles I do not recommend this hotel at all 👎

  A few negative things, the hotel parking isn't necessarily great, due to the proximity of the Kellogg frontage road. I noticed a slight chemical odor when entering our room, I'm thinking it was because our room was located above the indoor pool. However, the room was clean, quiet, the breakfast had a good selection and was very good as far as hotel breakfasts go and we were pleased with the service.

  Would've liked to have been more on the northeast side of town but the rates were just too high! This hotel is a great value for a clean room, great service, and a good breakfast. Highly recommend it.

  My family stayed at this property while attending a family funeral and overall appreciated the hotel and most of the staff, who were professional and welcoming. However, my daughters had a very uncomfortable experience during breakfast involving a staff interaction at the waffle station. The situation escalated over how long waffles were left in the machine, and the tone of communication felt unnecessarily confrontational in a public setting. While we understand staff may need to manage breakfast flow and other guests waiting, I believe the situation could have been handled with more patience and professionalism.

  We stayed at this property while attending a family funeral and appreciated the hotel overall, along with most of the staff who were professional and welcoming. During breakfast, we did experience an uncomfortable interaction regarding use of the waffle station. While I understand staff may need to manage breakfast service and guest flow, the tone of the exchange felt more forceful than necessary and affected the experience.
