  This place is a 1.5 to 2 star hotel Stayed 8/7 to 8/9 The location isnt great at all especially the parking lot. Its almost hidden from the main road which isnt safe. The hotel doesnt even have an elevator 😒. So if your on the 2nd floor which i was you will have to carry any bags to your room. The hallway wasnt vacuumed in the 2 days I stayed of the stairs. The front counter staff was 👍🏿 great. The breakfast was good overall I definitely wont be staying at this location again. The building should be tore down and rebuilt

  I want to give a shout out to the front desk employee, she was very helpful and extremely nice when it came to helping me move rooms and get into another when I had a complaint. She handled it very professionally and fast even with it being late in the night. I truly appreciate her and hope she’s working when I visit again ! Not to mention when I woke up she was very welcoming for breakfast and had everything made on time and warm just in time for me to head to work ! I didn’t catch her name, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves though. This company’s rebrand is a 10/10 please give them a try !

  This was the best hotel experience I’ve had in years and I’ve been traveling for 30 years. I’m prior military and also had to stay in hotels for work. I didn’t even notice they were renovating and that speaks volumes. The staff was friendly, courteous and just all around awesome. The breakfast was delicious and made like someone in your own home. I wish I could’ve stayed an extra day but we had to get back home. We came into town for the festival but had to stay in due to the weather. It was so quiet and I got the best night of rest. It was clean comfortable and in a great location. I can’t say enough great things about this place. My daughter is 7 and said she wanted to come back again. Which was so cute to me. Thank you for making our mini vacation awesome. You put the BEST in BEST WESTERN!

  The room was not clean, hair in the floor, ants in the room, towels smelled like mildew, and the bathroom had previous guests hair in the tub. Very disappointed.
