  Deceptive Overcharging & Ghosting Corporate – Fraudulent Billing!Rating: 1/5 StarsStay Dates: July 31 – August 2Check your bank statements closely if you stay here. I booked a stay with a total cost of $220.36 including taxes, with a $50 Best Western gift card successfully applied and displayed on my reservation. The hotel quietly stripped the gift card off my account and charged my credit card $255.00—which is more than the stay would have cost completely out of pocket without any discount.The hotel staff never mentioned a billing problem during my stay. They simply adjusted the numbers behind my back.Worse, the general manager has gone completely rogue. Best Western corporate has opened a formal case and called this franchise location multiple times on my behalf. The local manager continues to ignore corporate escalations and refuses to return my calls. This is predatory, dishonest behavior. Avoid this location at all costs. I make several trips here a year to visit my son and his family who are stationed in Fort Riley and will never stay here again.

  I walked in with a problem and walked out with a smile. Somewhere in between, the problem mysteriously disappeared. I’m not asking questions.

  Booked the room and when we showed up all of the lights were off, the door was wide open, no one in sight. Had to scramble to find another hotel. Called several times

  This hotel is NOT up to Best Western standards. More like Motel 6 or other budget chains. The pool and hot tub are closed- this was NOT disclosed on their website. And, while they are renovating, even the redone spaces are rough around the edges and worn. New furniture can't make those things go away. While it's not a bad place to stay, don't pay more for a Best Western when you are really getting a 2 star budget stay.

  Absolutely awesome, rooms were clean and smelled great! Showers are hot and high pressure! My only complaint was the ac was loud...but it did work amazing! The best part is the staff...I checked in late at night, the gal at the desk met me with a beautiful genuine smile that absolutely lit up the place. She was knowledgeable and polite, kind and made me feel at peace after a long time on the road. Such a delight. Morning breakfast was well seasoned and fresh, they take pride in what they do and say hello and wish everyone a good day. Best Western should study how they provide customer service here. This is the kind of interaction that comes from the heart. I wish there were 6 stars. The chocolates were a great touch too!
