  Room on 1st floor had mold; smelled of mildew! Carpet was wet throughout the room! Complained immediately; offered a diff room on 3rd floor. It smelled worse! Staff said, "It's just like this during the summer." Won't stay there again.

  If I could give this zero Stars I would. We spent one night. As soon as we walked in the room, it smelled like wet stinky feet, the carpet was filthy, the bathroom was dirty and had hair stuck all over the floor. In the middle of the night, my husband got up to go to the bathroom and saw a roach. And there was literally NO hot water so we could not even shower. I tried to call the.front desk regarding the hot water and I asked him if we needed to change rooms, he said he would look into it. No response back. Went to the front desk and he was never there, guests standing around wondering where he was. The locks were broke on the outside entrance, so no security at all. The breakfast was cold, old and awful. Plus the only hours for breakfast were 6am-8am.! $149 for a motel room that we could not even take a shower in! This was the worst hotel that I have stayed at in quite a while. Will definitely NOT be back or recommend to anyone.

  Manager was amazing!!!! The system went down and she made it happen!!! Amazing place!!!! I would love to give this 10 stars!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  The second most expensive hotel on our cross country trip, and the second worst. The main parking area is on a lower level with a grassy hill up to the front door - with no steps! We requested a ground floor, near an exit with view of parking - we got second floor (far from the elevator) facing the back and MacDonalds. The desk clerk did not know where our room was or where the ice machine was. Best Western hotels only give you a bare minimum of towels. To top it all off, the shower did not work! That must be why you don't need towels. After a long drive and then the trek to the room, that was the last straw. $160 again for a hotel who cares nothing for their customers.
