  I’ve traveled for many years. Very few hotels get a A plus, less than 2 in 20 years. This hotel gets my highest grade of A plus. Shelly at the front desk is amazing , rooms and beds awesome. , good hot breakfast. Highly recommend this property

  My experience was a very friendly staff, pristinely cleaned room, fantastic location if you want to be close to the highway, and no issues with excessive noise. I would definitely come back.

  Good location, wonderful staff, decent food, everything is clean, but horrible bedding. Very uncomfortable mattresses, very thin, uncomfortable pillows. Nobody got much sleep which was what we really needed. Definitely a bummer.

  Hotel was decent enough. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. The bathroom could have had a little sprucing up. My mini fridge door was half broken. Chairs in my room looked soiled. Bed was clean and comfortable. Found a half drunken Gatorade bottle and an empty bag of cheetos under my bed. My AirCon unit made weird noises throughout the night. Found at least 12 pills all over the floor. Pool was nice, except the ladder thing in the pool looked like it could have been easily been taken out by a 5 year old. This isn't the worst hotel. But there is room for improvement.

  We checked in at 10:30, so it was too late for complaints. But this place is NOT nice. Room 311 was dirty, and it smelled musty, like someone had smoked in it at one point. The toilet seat was barely attached. My wife said, "You booked a Best Western, you should have known better." But, the reviews were good!!! They were wrong!!! Would never stay here again. Period. Looks new on the outside...NOT on the inside. Don't be fooled.
