  Here’s a polished version that keeps it honest and positive without making the small issues sound worse than they were: After driving for many hours, we booked this hotel based on the overall good reviews, and honestly, we were pretty happy with our stay. The room was relatively clean and comfortable, although the hotel is definitely a little dated. The TV was on the small side, but honestly, I don’t watch TV when I’m traveling anyway. There were a couple of minor things I noticed—a shelf that had apparently been removed from the shower left the area looking a little rough, and there were some leftovers from a previous guest still sitting in the mini fridge. Nothing that ruined our stay, but worth mentioning. Overall, this is a nice place, especially considering the price. The rate was very fair, and despite the few little things we noticed, I would absolutely stay here again. After a long day of driving, it was exactly what we needed.

  Brand new hotel with wheezy clanky air conditioner. The first time I've ever been told not to do drugs in a room. I wasn't planning on it, but thanks for being weird.

  The hot tub and pool were shutdown. Vending g machine empty and the Continental breakfast only decaf coffee. Are they going out of business?

  The rooms and location and great but the staff just shrug their shoulders and basically say “it is what it is” website didn’t state that the pool and hot tub wouldn’t be available to use but we have to pay the same rate as if we got to use them? Total ripoff and one of the main reasons we chose to stay overnight instead of driving home. Now if we leave we can’t get a refund or anything so we got screwed definitely won’t be staying in a Best Western again

  Everyone was great. The room had an unpleasant odor. The location was also great for the trip we took. Not many restaurants but subway was close by and worked for us. The elevator was a bit scary and may need some servicing.
