The Front Desk Manager Bridget R. allows the employees to give out personal information - room numbers, first & last name to strangers asking (this happened on several occasions).
When the subject is addressed, rather than addressing the grave security and safety concern as necessary, Bridget’s professionalism is to degrade to the person filing it and to attempt to kick them out of their hotel.
If you care about sleep (noise issues beyond 10pm) and your private information, I would STRONGLY not recommend ever staying at this location.
I have nothing but good things to say about this Best Western. Clean bathrooms clean bedding and smelled clean. No stains no hair. Plenty of towels and they provide soap for you. The room was large and cozy. Tv worked and plenty of channels. Ac worked wonderfully. Front Desk employees super nice and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Home made salsa. Cheese and ham quesadillas biscuit and gravy, cereal, bagels, sausage links. O.J. apple juice and milk. Oatmeal and Watermelon, banana. Coffee was strong! I loved it! This is a very good place to stay. They were working on making more room around pool and jacuzzi so it wasn't available this time. Several places to eat across the street. Ihop and a few others. Easy off the road and easy back on pulling a trailer. Parking for a few semi's too so thats a plus. I forgot to take photos 📸
very nice, clean hotel with a great breakfast. the staff is great and go above and beyond to make you feel at home.

Everything was great. Great room, great beds, and friendly staff. The pool is still under construction, and like a previous reviewer stated, the only reason we stayed here was for the pool. There was no mention of the pool being under construction on the website.
This is a nice hotel and is clean and well maintained. So far (4 days into my stay) the staff have been friendly and professional. I would recommend it as a good place to stay overall.
The one potential problem is parking if you have a vehicle larger than a car. If you have a trailer, (even a tiny one) there is no possibility of parking at the hotel
[Edit: I've been here about 3 weeks now, and I would add that if you chose this place partly because they advertise that they have a laundromat for guests, I must say that it is a scam on that point. The dryer has to run 3 cycles to get 1 batch of clothes dry, and unlike many hotels that provide laundry services for guests, theirs costs $2 per batch. So $6 and 3 hours per batch to dry. It takes almost a full day and $35ish to do a weeks worth of laundry if you get the detergent from the hotel. I do have some experience in HVAC, and the cause of the problem is a lack of ventilation in the laundry room and also a clogged or improperly installed dryer vent. More annoying is having to go to a local car wash to get quarters because they don't have them at the front desk for people who need them to use their Laundromat
