  Not good, tub plunger out of the drain and floor of tub dirty. Clock was three hours off and the person from the deck could not set it. The T. V. Was very hard to watch, again the desk clerk took a few minutes but did get it to work. I went for dinner and when I got back the same trouble was there again, the desk clerk said it would work fine. The hand soap dispenser on the wall, the first time I tried to use it I simply used two fingers to press down for some soap, the thing dropped off the wall onto the floor. I honestly did not press down hard. So my stay was horrible

  Everyone who worked there were very kind and accommodating. I would stay there again.

  The first place I look at when I need a room in Fort Wayne. Easy to get to, close to many attractions at a decent price.

  The room itself was awful. Small, as in my husband couldn’t fit through the bathroom door without turning sideways and he isn’t overly large. The beds were what you would expect to find in your great aunts basement with broken springs and no cushion. Our room was trucked in a cubby area that they stored all their cleaning supplies and trash throughout the night. We had to move trash bags multiple times that were in our way. The internet in was not working and you couldn’t stream to the tv so we had to watch from a phone. They claimed that they were fully booked and had no alternative rooms. We also couldn’t be reimbursed because we had not canceled in the window before our reservation. The breakfast Friday morning was good, but Saturday was not. We cut our trip short because of how bad this stay was

  ONLY 1 STAR BECAUSE THE BREAKFAST WAS AWFUL OH MY I WENT AND GOT FOOD AFTER LEAVING AND I SEEN NO BODY EVEN IN THE KITCHEN THE WHOLE TIME I WAS GRABBING FOOD AWFUL CHOICES FOR BREAKFAST NO BACON NO GOOD EGGS EITHER THEY ALL WERE DIS COLORED VARY NASTY FOOD I COULD HAVE MADE BETTER EGGS IN A DANG MICROWAVE BUT ASLO HOW BAD AND SLOW THE WIFI IS SO SLOW I GET I WAS AT THE END OF TGE HALLWAY BUT YOU GUYS NEED INVESTS IN WIFI EXTENDERS WHEN PEOPLE LIKE ME ARE PLACED AT THE END OF THE HALL WE GET THE WORST SIGNAL FOR WIFI ITS AWFUL ROOM WAS OKAY BUT I WASNT ABLE TO LAOD MUCH AND IT IT DID NOT SEEM BUSY AT ALL
