  The staff here was wonderful, with nice bits of (short) conversation. I felt welcomed to be there instead of just being another dollar sign. Great spot right off the highway close to food.

  This place was clean, nice and the people friendly. One observation, the breakfast on the 1st day was not as good as other places, but day 2 was wonderful.

  Disappointed in my experience staying at the Best Western in Edinburgh, IN. The room seemed to have been cleaned in a rush, so it wasn't as clean as I expected (especially the bathroom and shower seemed to be wiped down but not clean. Lots of soap scum and hair around). There were stains on the duvet and one of the pillow cases. The towels were worn out and thin. The air smelled musty both in the hallway and in our room. The air conditioner smelled musty too, maybe the filter needs to be cleaned / replaced? There were stains on the ceiling and a large dent in the wall next to one of the beds. The staff were friendly, but they were having trouble checking people in when we arrived. It seemed like the staff were new or not trained on the software, they were loudly asking for the login to the hotel email on the phone. Overall it seems to have fallen behind on cleanliness and upkeep. I would not recommend staying here until these issues can be addressed.

  I was going to give this hotel 5 stars before I had the awesome breakfast. Room was clean, air quality was good and the bed was comfy. I stay in a lot of 3 star hotels that are nowhere NEAR as good as this one. We drive from Michigan to Florida a lot and will be back here again. Well done management.

  I stayed there for 3 nights for business there was lady at reception in first evening she was really nice but after that there is no service from those guys and hotel rooms were just ok but showers are not good not good towel and tubs when u were making sounds like they are about fall down and now i need receipts from them i called them first they didn’t pick my call i tried 2 times and then they call me back after 15 minutes i ask them they told ok we will sending you receipts and now its 1:30 hours and they are not picking up my calls.
