  🤯 This best western was the worst one I’ve ever stayed at so far! I was traveling with (2 kids and my hubby)I can’t believe people stay here, first off the king size bed we slept in was absolutely horrible, definitely needed to upgrade quality of the beds, I couldn’t sleep well at all due to the mattress being rock hard then the staff when telling them upon arrival I needed a cot looked at me like I was joking 😤😡 I was soooo angry! The customer service was a joke, not to mention they don’t have a non slip bath mat for the shower because my hubby tried getting a shower and about fell a few times due to a super slippery tub 😲 my thoughts were what is wrong with this place inside our room was clean didn’t see any bugs or anything which was a plus, there was a massive stain on the sofa bed which is where one of my kids slept on 🤢🤮 I standing there think REALLY what is THAT of course by the look of that horrific stain it looked like a dried blood stain

  Well there are 5 keys to a good hotel. Comfortable bed, Nope.. Clean, somewhat..A good shower head, Nope..Quite, Nope.. Friendly Staff, only seen them once, So not sure. All in, wont be staying again..

  Absolutely disgusting my elderly father had to stop here on the way home from ohio takes his sleeping pill goes to lay down and their is a bed bug on the bed he captures it takes to desk an says he need another room or refund they tell him their is no rooms available and after making him.sot around an talk to manager on duty then gm I assume they say will have to contact the owner but cant give a refund so he is forced to drive. Half asleep down the highway to try to stumble in a storm to find a hotel Absolutely disgusting and then still dont refund his $120 hope you get shut down

  THEY DO NOT CHANGE THE FITTED SHEETS!!!! Not the mattress cover, the fitted sheets. We got here at 9:30 at night after driving all day. When we got into the room and were getting ready for bed we realized the sheets were filthy, bad oily stains on them and all kinds of rumpled. When I went to the front desk the guy working there tried to assist, but kept telling me they have no fitted sheets. If there are no fitted sheets then how in the heck do they change them when they clean rooms??? Answer: they don't. So, not only did we have to strip and make the bed, it was with a hodge podge of flat sheets and rough, paper thin blankets. The hotel was completely booked for all the construction going on so changing rooms was not an option. We will NEVER stay here again. This is not the first time Best Western has let us down spectacularly, but it will be the last. Best Western used to be a good hotel to stay in, never again. No one got a good night's sleep. We didn't stay for the food because if you can't even change the fitted sheets then I don't want to even think about what the kitchen looks like. We slept and got up super early to get the heck out of there.
