    Stayed on 6/5/26 and 6/6/26 Elevator is down third floor was musky dank and smelled of ash tray.. Inadequate staff unprofessional manager/owner the two good people that actually helped deserve better Absolute mess we should have bailed but I gave them so many chances and we didn't want to waste time dealing with a new place all the post are correct they don't clean they don't restock I asked for towels on day two never received them we didn't have hand soap or bath soap for our room never received them pool had dirt and sand build up we had to change our bedding upon arrival it was not clean bless my wife's ocd.. We travel and get away a few times a year this was by far the worst stay in a while Don't usually stay w BW don't think we will again plenty of better choices around this area Oh on a good note the police station is litterly a stones throw away in the front of the building like I could have hit it from my room so it is safe

    We've stayed at this hotel several times, but this last time was the worst. When we arrived, we were informed that the elevator did not work and our room was on the third floor. The clerk said that he understood if we wanted to cancel our room, but finding another room in the area on such short notice was not an option. After we lugged our stuff up to the room, we were exhausted. Later that night when we went to bed, we noticed a lipstick stain on the pillow case, tossed it to the side and made due. The next day we left to go about our day, and we came back around 1:00 AM, and noticed that we did not receive any of the maid service that was requested, and no one was at the desk to get us the towels, washcloths, and toilet paper we needed. Also there was almost no water pressure in the shower, and the toilet struggled to flush. This place is disgusting, and we will not be going back!

    This was by far the worst motel stay we have ever experienced. We made our reservation several weeks in advance. Upon arrival, we were informed that no first-floor rooms were available because the elevator was out of service. Since we had no other option, we accepted a room on a higher floor. Unfortunately, during our entire stay, the elevator was never repaired. When we got to our room, there were only three towels provided for four guests. The next morning, we asked a housekeeper in the hallway for an additional towel and were told that because we had not notified them in advance, we would need to bring our existing towels to the front desk to exchange them. She refused to provide any additional towels at that time. We were rushing to attend a graduation ceremony that day and were unable to speak with the front desk until later that evening. When we did, we were told additional towels would be provided the following day. However, none were delivered. The next day came and went with no towels. It wasn't until the following morning, when one of the guests in our room personally went to the front desk, that we finally received the extra towels we had requested days earlier. The lack of customer service, friendliness, and basic attention to guest needs was extremely disappointing. When paying what we did for a multi-day stay, especially while traveling from out of state, we expected much better treatment and accommodations. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below reasonable expectations.

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this stay deserves honest feedback. Upon arrival, we were informed that the elevator had been out of service for three weeks. This was never disclosed before booking. My wife has a bad knee, and despite mentioning that at check-in, we were assigned a room on the third floor. The hotel did not appear very busy, so it was disappointing that no effort was made to accommodate us with a lower-floor room. We were also told the pool was available, but when we went to look at it, there was a noticeable amount of dirt or sand-like debris covering the bottom. It did not appear clean or inviting, so we chose not to swim. The room itself was reasonably clean, and the staff member who checked us in was friendly and courteous. However, the overall condition of the property needs attention. The stairwells were heavily stained, wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, and most of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers were nearly empty. We also found that the lobby restroom was out of toilet paper. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the bed sheets were very thin and even had tears in them. While the room and bathroom were generally clean, the lack of maintenance throughout the property was hard to overlook. For the price we paid, I expected a much better experience. What was most disappointing was that management made no attempt to offer any accommodation, discount, or other gesture despite the elevator being out of service for weeks and the other issues we encountered. There are some positives—the room was clean, parking was adequate, and the front desk staff was pleasant—but overall, this stay did not provide the value or quality I expect from a Best Western.

    The worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!!! When making the reservation I stated it would be a late check out because we were driving from out of state. Firstly we get here at midnight, we get here and say sorry elevator is broken. I’m like what if I was in a wheel chair? He said I would give an option to refund. At midnight? After driving 9 hours n exhausted. The hotel should have called to make sure the reservation was still wanted. We asked for late check out. He said no problem I’ll write a note on the desk. Despite that and the fact that we have a privacy tag on our door, housekeeping bangs on the door way before normal checkout. How rude is that? Secondly, not a full roll of toilet paper, bath soap is empty. I do not recommend this hotel. I would have received better customer service at another hotel.
