  Bad housekeeping service .I have been here 2 weeks . They only come to pick up the trash only .they don't clean anything . When I ask them for cleaning . They say tomorrow. They don't have the cleaning tools with them , they left it in the first floor . They give me hard time every time I request cleaning the bathroom and the sink and the floor . However, they should do this from them selves. Plus, they don't clean good . They don't change the sheets and pillow cases . Plus the chair is very dirty has red spots on it . Bad housekeeping service experience over there . I will check out tomorrow. And never come back again .

  Great stay with excellent service!The check-in process was quick and easy, and the night staff guy was both polite and efficient. My room was exceptionally clean and very spacious, featuring a comfortable bed with a great assortment of pillows. It also came with a mini-fridge and a microwave. Even though there were renovations in progress, the night was perfectly quiet, making for a good night's rest. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are back in the area

  The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. But this place is a DUMP!!! The room was 85 degrees when I checked in and it smells awful. The beds are DISGUSTING and one is obviously soaked in urine. They didn’t even bother to change the filthy mattress cover. The other bed is stained but tolerable because thank god I had my own blankets and pillows. I’m too exhausted to complain and leave tonight otherwise I would. I highly recommend NOT staying here.

  The room had an order to it. There was paint pealing on the ceiling. Only 3 pillows on the bed for two person's. Had to leave a day early for an abscess tooth. Ask if they could get my my back for the day or give credit for one day. They wouldn't do either.
