  Had an nice stay, rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The manager TJ was helpful. Also enjoyed the pool and the hottub. Also the Breakfast was served fresh and hot.

  was an alright experience for the price. some amenities seemed outdated and obviously used (stained inside of toilet, luggage holder was obviously worn out, etc., water also had a hard smell, only a bar of soap with no dish (i prefer liquid soap but at least there was soap). I like the citrus they provide as shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. i did appreciate the free breakfast (some nice basic items provided) and it's location and time (quite convenient). also appreciated the in-room mini fridge, microwave, sink on outside of the bathroom, tv, adjustable ac/heat. strange positioning of the hvac tho, kept moving the curtains widly, but we wanted to keep it slightly closed at least since our window was so close to the outside parking lot view. staff seemed polite enough. i did see the sanitary workers quite often, other guests were polite. someone seemed to be checking on what was needed at the free breakfast area. i wasn't able to enjoy the other amenities like the pool, slots, etc. but seemed like nice additions. I was able to hear other guests so i'm sure they could hear from my room as well. perhaps there needs to a system that allows the sanitary workers to know when they can do housekeeping instead of needing to knock all the time? all in all, would be willing to give it another visit another time.

  Among other things, I opened the microwave to heat my coffee. This is what I saw. That is not dirt, it is rust formed over the years and never taken care of. Was disgusting. Better check your microwaves and replace them when needed.

  Unfortunately we booked the wrong hotel. Due to 80 being closed we rerouted and decided we'd stay here for the night. Was not worth it. Well I may have used points to book the room I'm glad I didn't pay any money for it. The beds have got to be about 20 years old if not longer. Breakfast was the worst day ever had. As a long time diamond member I'd expected a decent breakfast. I don't know how long they're going to keep that pancake machine with the out of order sign on it out of order but it's ridiculous. Hotel was extremely noisy that night, staff has no sense of humor. Coffee was cold and watery. But hey the shower was nice. If you don't have to stay here don't, bypass it for the other Best Western or even the Hampton inn. This one should not be a BW Plus, IF I WERE BEST WESTERN I WOULD REMOVE THEIR PLUS STANDING AND DROP THEM DOWN TO THE LOWEST LEVEL POSSIBLE. THAT'S WHAT THEY'RE DOING TO THE CUSTOMERS. And what the heck is this on the headboard?
