  I just checked into this hotel and I am extremely disappointed and upset by how I was treated. I requested a room on the third floor and was told that a third-floor room was available. However, as soon as I disclosed that I have a service animal, I was told that I could no longer have the third-floor room and had to stay on the first floor because that is where they put guests with animals. I explained that my dog is a service animal, not a pet, and that this violates the Americans with Disabilities Act. The U.S. Department of Justice specifically states that a hotel guest with a service animal must have the same opportunity to reserve any available room as other guests and cannot be restricted to pet-friendly rooms. � ADA.gov Despite explaining this, I was told that this is the hotel's policy and that nothing could be done. I am currently staying here because I needed a hotel room tonight, but this experience has been incredibly upsetting. No guest should be denied an otherwise available room solely because they have a service animal. I will be contacting Best Western regarding this experience and the hotel's stated policy.

  I initially left a negative review after accidentally booking my parents' stay for the wrong dates through Hotels.com. I realized the mistake within a couple of hours and contacted Hotels.com immediately, but was told that the HOTEL had not approved a waiver of the cancellation penalty, which later I found out was completely false. I was understandably frustrated, particularly because I had still made another reservation at the same Best Western for the dates I originally intended. But what happened afterward completely changed my perspective. The general manager, Lal, personally reached out to me, genuinely listened to my concerns, and worked with me to find a solution. I could tell that he wasn't simply trying to respond to a negative review, but actually CARED (unlike Hotels.com) about making sure I had a positive experience with the hotel. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to take the time to speak with me personally. He also encouraged me to book directly with the hotel, or any hotel in the future, explaining the difference between working with a hotel directly versus a third-party booking company... something that I will NEVER be doing again! So a little PSA: **DO NOT** book on third-party websites!!! Apart from that unfortunate hiccup, my parents had a pleasant stay. The room and bathroom were clean, and they enjoyed the breakfast that was provided as well. The location was also perfect with many places to eat nearby and was easily accessible to the highways. Thank you again Lal for making things right and I genuinely appreciate it and would be happy to have my parents, or even myself, to stay with Best Western again.

  I checked in August 21 around 6pm. Very rude front desk. He doesn’t smile and could not even give welcome information. I think he was unfriendly and didn’t like the way I look because he gave me a very loud noise room due a highway traffic in the entire hotel tucked in a corner. My bathroom exhaust fan loudly ran non stop.

  I initially booked one room for Sunday, but learned I needed to add a second room, which I tried to do through the existing confirmation email online. Unfortunately the web didn't update with the correct date, and it was a mess. I called the Hotel, and the Manager Harry worked it all out for us. He was very helpful. The rooms were also quite clean, beds comfortable and surprisingly quiet despite the freeway nearby. Great restaurants and coffe/pastries in walking distance nearby.

  Special thank you to Hassii Patel for your excellent welcoming, so outstanding. I had an excellent experience during my stay at this Best Western hotel. The property was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive to every detail, which made the stay particularly enjoyable. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully maintained, and the overall service met a high standard. The hotel’s convenient location was also an added benefit. I appreciated the quality of service and attention to guest satisfaction throughout my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, professional, and enjoyable stay here in Glenview Chicagoland. I look forward to returning in the future.
