I consistently have an exceptional experience at Van Cleef & Arpels thanks to the wonderful staff here, especially Aidan. He has extensive knowledge of the brand, patient, and attentive without ever feeling pushy. He also takes the time to understand exactly what I am looking for and offers thoughtful guidance throughout my visits.

I am always very satisfied with my shopping experience at this location. Every time, Aidan Banta impresses me with his professionalism and exceptional service. A few days ago, I celebrated my birthday, and he truly made the day feel very special. His attention to detail and genuine care for clients make every visit memorable. I highly recommend this place!
I would say the service was not professional. Customers at other tables received welcome drinks, however we were never offered any water until I asked. When I mentioned that I would like to order the earrings and the necklace, the salesperson named A… seemed uninterested in whether I ordered or not. He appeared to be looking at his email or something else, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. I did not ask for much. I was actually planning to place an order of more than $10,000, but there was neither attention nor basic hospitality. At the very least, mutual respect should be expected.
