  Way over priced for what you get. Breakfast was cold and old, but the little restaurant across the hall was great.

  King size bed but the covers dont cover my shoulders. No grab bars or seat in the shower. Lights at the head of the bed must be on to use the receptacles, cant charge phones overnight except in the bathroom. Could use at least one more disabled parking place at the entrances. Entrance doors are hard to open, and hold open when using a wheelchair or with hands full. Breakfast is quite good!

  My fiancé and I had been to the hotel multiple times and the atmosphere was welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and it was suitable for us. But this most recent trips that we had booked had to be canceled due to an emergency. We had requested a refund, but it was denied. I understand that if everyone canceled and they were to give refunds it would affect the business but it was really sad to experience firsthand the lack of remorse or understanding that sometimes stuff happens, especially given that we had booked through this hotel before. Although the atmosphere was good, I’m not sure that I will be booking again due to the lack a compassion for our situation.

  The services that were provided are top notch. I’m happy with the rooms and the center yard to be able to have fun and the pool was great. I recommend Best Western Inn to anyone staying in Moscow Idaho area. My one question is would it be possible for Best Western Inn to look into working more with digital wallets to bring the room keys to the phone like some other hotels have. The key cards are an outdated thing, I have to keep the card separately from any electronics or else it doesn’t work. I would like to see if there is a possibility for them offer hotel room access through the phone in the near future for a more modern and convenient approach? Otherwise I’m so happy with my multiple stays and looking forward to the next!!
