  It was decent for a one night stay. The place is dated. They renovated the room but the bathroom is still old and not the greatest, very cramped. And for petes sake put more filling in the pillows, this is something that seems to happen more often than not at Best Westerns. The pillows have nothing to them. Us side sleepers need thicker pillows. The beds were also hard. Worked for one night but would probably stay elsewhere next time.

  We have stayed at this hotel for medical appointments at least 20-25 nights so far this year, and have several more coming up. The staff is beyond polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and always call us by our first names.

  Decided to stay here while visiting my granddaughter and it was a good experience, the staff were all very nice, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and I appreciate that the shower and bath had really hot water. The pool and jacuzzi were ok the jacuzzi wasn't very hot though..I would stay here again

  We were on a road trip home, called ahead to make sure late check in was okay. Employee who we called said yes they do late check in (02:00). After booking the hotel and driving hours to get there we got inside to discover the same person who said we can do late check in gave our room up even though we made a reservation and per there email confirmation ID was needed to check in. Employee didn’t have anything to say beside we’ll need to talk to the manager, our card we used to hold the room was charged even though we didn’t check in and the other person also put a card on file. This place is an absolute joke of a facility, do not recommend to anyone. We just needed a 4-5 hour rest before continuing on our trip and we had to find another hotel at 03;00 with how long it took. During this process the employee went to the room which we were suppose to be in and had the person they gave our room to come out and was going to have them go and us take a dirty room. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely a joke
