  We were a party of twenty ranging from 5 years to 87... the staff could not have been more accommodating to our group... all of our requests were met with great satisfaction... They are very dog friendly here... we had five dogs between us.. honestly best dog friendly place I've stayed... The pool was nice and right across the street is a nice little splash station for the kiddos... All staff were super friendly... overall great place to stay

  Absolutely worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was not clean when we arrived, we had several items like tissues were completely empty. House keeping didn't come to bring us more towels. The employees were rude and unhelpful and to top it all off when I went to check out the woman at the front desk was very rude and didn't even ask me how our stay was. I will never be staying at a best western again and I will most definitely never be staying in Newton again.

  The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is the attending person at the desk, was very sweet when we arrived. The area was safe but miles from any shopping malls. The hotel stairs weren’t vacuumed during the time we stayed, which was three days and two nights. The rooms were not clean. The baseboards were filthy and the bathroom smelled like mold and baby vomit. The shower wasn’t cleaned. You could hear everything outside the room. Our room door didn’t want to close and it cracked at the top. I would not recommend anyone to stay there until it was revamped. The only reason we stayed and didn’t just take the $197 as a loss, was because we only slept there and was gone the rest of the time.

  Clean and updated hotel with extraordinarily sweet and helpful front desk staff. The price was very reasonable and finding this nice of a hotel in a small town is remarkable. It's in a walkable part of town and there is an EV charger across the street.

  Yes this hotel is a little off the beaten path from the interstate. About 3 miles I believe. But it's in the town of Newton. They have a friendly staff, clean rooms and a nice location and atmosphere about the place. If your not sure about parking, just ask. They will give ya alternative places to park your trailer and/or semi. I do have yet to see a semi there. But that wouldn't be for the normal parking lot. This was like my 3rd visit I believe. I had changed up my driving route, so normally I don't come through this way anymore. But it's always a pleasure to stay here when I do come this way.
