  If you are playing baseball in the area and book here.. make sure to call hotel! Room never ready!! Not friendly to deal with.. super way to start a tournament weekend! How unprofessional:(

  We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! The covered pool area was a huge highlight for our family. It was clean, and provided a great space for us to spend quality time together even though some evening it was crowded there still was enough space. We also really appreciated the text message updates throughout our stay. The reminders about breakfast were helpful, also check out and we were especially impressed with how well the hotel enforced quiet hours. It made for a peaceful and enjoyable experience. One employee truly stood out. I didn’t catch her name, but I believe she recently moved from Kentucky and seemed to be working every day we were there, in many areas of the hotel. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service made a lasting impression on our family. She is a big reason why we will be returning. Thank you for a great experience!

  The giant solarium covering the entire hotel is an architectural oddity. Unfortunately this covered space has a pool , video arcade etc.... However ,NO STAFF to preside over the space. Too Noisy for sure. Tired trippers beware.

  Super nice rooms but as for them being serviced might as well do it yourself been here 3 nights and not so much as a trash bag changed yet alone getting fresh towels parents let their brats run around like hooligans and kick other guests doors all hours of the night with nothing being said to the parents or kids. I was just told we'll their just being. Kids by a staff member even though I had to go to work in the morning guess I don't need any rest

  This is an old property with lots of challenges. The hallway on the fourth floor smelled funky. The room smelled like someone had smoked bacon without ventilation. The bed was very comfortable. Unbeknownst to us when we booked. Participants in a 12-team Little League tournament was booked. More than 100 prepubescent kids invaded the place. We would not have booked had we known. The noise level was off the charts. This property also has the smallest elevators I had ever been. If you're a bit clostrophobic like I am you might think about taking the stairs. They are that small ... And SLOW.
