  Friendly and responsive staff. By far the cleanest hotel during our trips Michigan to Colorado and way back. Cherry on top they accept pets for a reasonable fee. Loved!

  This hotel is clean, convenient and quiet. We stayed one night on our cross country trip. We booked a king. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained. Refrigerator was cold. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the patio area out back.

  This place was great. Pool was clean, room was clean besides a few cosmetic issues like most places. They had a popcorn machine in the lobby as well as a coffee machine that worked great. One of the best BW we have stayed at.

  The hotel needs a major renovation. Upon arrival, our hotel room was 78 degrees and it’s 90+ degrees outside. No one wants to check into a room that warm in the summer. The couch and footrest was completely stained (had gummy like substance on it). We booked the room for 4 people and only had 2 bath towels which it sounds like the rest of our team had the same issue with towels. You had to bring down your used towels before they’d give you any but when you don’t offer room service daily, that is an inconvenience to refresh your products. There also wasn’t enough shampoo/conditioner in the rooms, bring your own!

  Booked this place a second time after a fine experience in February. This time, I noticed a decline in cleanliness. We stayed because we arrived at 12:20pm after driving since 5am and were exhausted. However, the sink had flies in it/flying out of the drain, there was mold in the mini fridge, TONS of mold in the ice maker, and no access to clean drinking water as the one dispenser to get it from in the breakfast room had mold in the dispenser tube. Couldn’t talk to the receptionist who checked us in because he was hard to understand and communicate with. I booked through a 3rd party site and reached out to them for support and to express concerns. Disgusting and hazardous to have mold in direct contact with consumables and bugs in the sink. Not what I’d expect for the price point.
