  It was a pleasure to be welcomed by Ms Amy Wu at Bvlgari. We were visiting Honolulu from Canada and wished to visit the local Bvlgari store at Ala Moana Center, which we found to have an extensive collection of beautiful fine jewellery. Ms Amy was very courteous and knowledgeable about the collections and specifically the one we were interested in (Serpenti). She expertly explained us the design and the high quality of the fine metal and precious gemstones in Bvlgari products. The customer experience was exceptional and we are looking forward to come back in Honolulu and visit its Bvlgari store.

  Customer service was bad! Definitely prejudged my wife and I and made us feel like we shouldn't be there! Really didn't appreciate that! Maybe it was the time of day, maybe the representatives didn't know how to properly communicate I don't really know. But what do know, is that I had a bad experience. I don't know if they thought maybe we couldn't afford anything in the store or what but I honestly didn't like that feeling that they made us feel. Not the type of person that leaves bad reviews just hoping they work on their customer service and make everyone feel like a potential customer because you never know who's willing to spend what!
