  We stayed here at the beginning of August and had the most amazing service from Stella at the front desk. I had accidentally booked the wrong night (didn't account for date-line time difference flying in from overseas) and had booked the next day, not the day we arrived through Qantas. Luckily there were rooms available the night we arrived and the front desk were happy to change the booking - with confirmation from the third party we booked through. Even though I booked through Qantas - they used Expedia to make the booking. So we spent an incredibly frustrating 1hr+ on the phone with Qantas, then Expedia trying to get them to confirm this change. Stella was an absolute legend and spoke to the Expedia consultant for us and even asked for the supervisor and managed to get confirmation for us after being on hold for what felt like forever. Without her help I'm sure they would have refused the simple request and we would have had to pay an extra $300+ for an extra night for no reason. She really went above and beyond to help us and it made the stay a lot less panicked - thanks Stella! We fly from Aus to Canada regularly and will be staying here from now on when we stopover. PS. word to the wise - book direct if you can to avoid third party sites!!!

  Rude, incompetent employees. Watch out for your bill! They will overcharge you. It’s also a dump. Do NOT recommend.

  We were particularly impressed by Rowena from housekeeping, who always greeted us with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. She ensured our room was perfectly serviced and comfortable for our return each day. Additionally, Techie at the cafe provided excellent and friendly service during our visits. The outstanding hospitality from your staff is the main reason we choose to return to your hotel.
