  Staff were very friendly and helpful, however this hotel should have been disclosed as under renovation, if not closed for renovation. Our initial room at check in had an AC that did not cool the room despite any change to the settings. We were able to change rooms after a call to the front desk, but warned it was the only other room available. Odd, seeing that the parking lot was empty, but thankfully this AC worked. The next morning we saw several AC units being pressure cleaned in the parking lot. Floors in the hotel room are warped and damaged, no extra bedding for thebpull out sofa bed and only sheets available when requested, the shower drains poorly and is stained, and only two towels were provided with three guests. Breakfast equipment was only half operational, the pancake machine (a big draw for a toddler) and espresso machine being inoperational. The biggest setback was the pool. We specifically booked this hotel for the outdoor pool, but found hours conflicting. The website listed 8-8, the info in the room 9-9, and the pool itself 9-7. After finally correctly timing a visit to the pool on our last day of stay, we were turned away as it was closed for cleaning. No signs or warning anywhere. We've seen very few other guests here, even at busy breakfast hours, and are now assuming the majority of hotel rooms have been blocked off for renovation or repair. While we loved our last stay at a best western, I do not think we'll be choosing one again after this. *edit to add: the deadbolt on our door does not stay latched properly, and falls open. Our toddler was able to get the door fully open 2x because the deadbolt/safety lock at the top of the door did not stay latched.

  Tv didn’t work, lights didn’t work, provided 2 towels for a 4 guest room, dirty floors, weird stains in the carpet, foul smells.

  We were only here for one night passing thru for our daughter's soccer tournament. Quick and easy check-in, beds were a little firm but not bad. Only complaint would be that there was 3 of us staying, but only 2 towels in the room for shower. Other than that, it was a good stay for the price.

  Person at front desk was nice. Was quiet and rooms were spacious and dark at night. Large outdoor pool. Plenty of parking and food nearby. CVS close by in case you forget anything.

  I wish I could give it 0 stars to be honest. It gave suspicious vibes from the start. We called someone to fix our tv ( connect the WiFi) and they told us the WiFi didn’t work, despite advertising it did… immediately after, we got a call saying we’re being charged $250 for smoking in the room, we hadn’t even been there for 30mins…. When I called offering for the room to be inspected, Albert or Alfred Johnson literally yelling at me “ I just got here, I don’t know nothing about that-“ and just basically dismissed me. It was a complete mess.the bathroom downstairs was sooo disgusting, it literally had human waste all over it, and was locked because it had not been cleaned. Smh…
