  The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and every staff member, including the breakfast attendant, was pleasant, friendly and helpful.

  Loved it all around. Very clean hotel and room. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic long time we didn't have that in a hotel. We had biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, freshly made pancakes 🥞 yummy. They had a bunch of toppings for pancakes girls loved the chocolate chip topping. They also had juices, cereal.... We are very very happy 😊

  We stayed here overnight on our way to Amicalola Falls. The price was very affordable, and the service was excellent for a hotel in this category. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was simple, but everything remained available throughout breakfast time. Unlike some other hotels in this price range, the staff did not start removing the food while guests were still eating.

  Room was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff! Bathroom was small and had low toilet which could be Difficult for folks with mobility issues. Another small observation was The facility could use more outdoor trash cans for travelers. But overall nice stay.

  The Best Western in Ellijay has earned our repeat business without a doubt. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Miss Brenda at the front desk went above and beyond on assisting us with check in, check out and even helped us print some important documents we left at home! Oh, and breakfast is delightful. We will be back soon!
