Did not actually go to the store, however I called and Paula was amazing. I called to buy a gift for my wife at 3:30pm and she was able to package my purchase and have it overnighted to me. Packaging was beautiful! She even sent me pictures of my purchase to make it was the correct piece! Cannot wait to actually visit the store in the future.

I had an exceptional experience working with Elena at Van Cleef Worth Ave From the moment I walked in, she was attentive without being pushy .Elena took time to learn my style, pulled pieces that actually fit my taste, and explained craftsmanship details that made me appreciate the purchase even more. No pressure, just expertise and genuine care. By purchasing luxury goods we are purchasing a memorable experience as well. Being always welcome and warm treated that why luxury brands live for centuries .Highly recommend asking for if you visit.
We had the most wonderful experience! We were assisted by Elena Woltin, and we truly hope to be in her hands again next time. Her service was of the highest level — professional, warm, and absolutely exceptional. Thank you for making our visit so special.

Appalling service and the atmosphere of the store on my last visit was quite negative, with employees behaving insincerely and appearing self-centered, as if they were being monitored. It seemed like they were prepared to undermine one another. I expected the store manager to contribute to a better customer service experience, but ironically, her condescending demeanor made everyone feel very uncomfortable.
Overall it created a challenging shopping experience as employees seemed pressured and stressed. My high expectations were based on my previous visits to the same-store, on which I had a pleasant and exciting experience with a professional S/A Mrs. Zhanna. Would love to shop with her again!
I do recognize that Van Cleef & Arpels is a great brand, but improving the experience, comes down to the people who work in the store. Enhancing, employee engagement and training can lead to more positive atmosphere and better customer interactions.

I contacted VCA regarding a bracelet I had purchased for resale in my estate jewelry shop. THEY issued the wrong serial number certificate that did not match the bracelets serial number. I simply asked them to send me the correct certificate. I spoke to a manager yesterday morning. I provided her with all the documentation showing THEY put the wrong cert with the bracelet. She assured me she would get back to me by days end. They close at 530, I called at 525 and she had left for the day! The person answering the phone informed me she would return at 1000 am the next morning. I called at 1015 and asked for the manager. I was told "she was on vacation for a week"! I said I spoke to her yesterday and the employee stated she wasn't here yesterday! They put me on hold and miraculously the manager is there! They tell me the only thing I can do is take it to an authorized VCA dealer to have it authenticated for the sum of $1080! THEY made the mistake that could easily been rectified!
POOR customer service! Shady business practices!
