  I’m disappointed by the hotel’s response claiming that nothing was found in the room. I was bitten during our stay and still have visible marks. Just because nothing was found during an inspection does not change what happened. We hope the hotel takes this concern seriously and thoroughly addresses the issue to help prevent it from happening to future guests.

  If looking for an affordable room located near Universal Studios, this is an ok place to consider. Just keep your expectations low. Very small, dated property. Free breakfast with basics, plastic utensils and disposable plates. Mediocre coffee, but with coffemate creamer. Pedestrian path to walk to Universal City, it could use some lighting at night, but it felt safe regardless. The hotel stored our luggage after check out, while we went and enjoyed the park. The hotel does have a shuttle to the park, but only one time for departure and pick up (around 8am and then 5pm). Affordable if just wanting a bed and shower, with a little food in the morning.

  We booked this Best Western because of the location. When I say they are super close to Universal Studios I mean like across the street. The hotel has a shuttle that will take you to the park and pick you up. I’ve always loved Best Westerns and you will too. Whenever I return to Orlando I would most certainly book this location again.

  Bad experience fridge didn't work told them we need to keep Medicine cold they said will keep in office fridge not going back an forth. Medicine spoiled wanted argue it working day we checked in saying Medicine not spoiled fridge is cold. Done arguing. Rooms stink beds stained. Poor customer service and not worth price to stay.

  I have stayed at this hotel several times before, and this is the first time I have experienced something like this. Overall, the hotel is comfortable, appears clean, and offers a good breakfast. However, I was very disappointed with the condition of the bed linens in my room. The sheets had stains, smelled bad, and looked as if they had not been washed or replaced after the previous guest. This is simply unacceptable for any hotel. I requested a clean set of sheets from the front desk and ended up changing them myself. I hope this was an isolated incident because I have always had good experiences here. I also hope the hotel improves its housekeeping procedures to ensure this does not happen to other guests.
