  Wonderful stay! The atmosphere was cozy, the property was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was excellent. But what truly made the experience special was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone was polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Alex and Jesus, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

  Amazing stay! This was our first home in the USA, as we stayed there for one month when we first moved to this country. We loved the atmosphere and the friendly, professional staff who took such great care of us. We will definitely come back next time. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality! The manager, Alex, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Also, a big thank you to the ladies at the reception, Bruce, and all the other staff who looked after us. You guys are amazing! Best wishes, and thank you again for making our first month in the USA so special.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay at the B&B Hotel on International Drive. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for the price. A special thank you to the manager, Alex, for his outstanding professionalism and kindness. He made sure everything was perfect during my stay. I also want to recognize the front desk receptionist, Jesus, who was always welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Their exceptional customer service made my experience even better. I live in Boston, but I travel to Orlando several times a year for both leisure and business. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay on International Drive. Thank you, Alex and Jesus, for making my visit so enjoyable!

  Nuestra estadía en este hotel fue sencillamente perfecta. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el servicio superó nuestras expectativas y nos hizo sentir como en casa. La ubicación del hotel es sencillamente excelente. Está situado en un punto estratégico que facilita muchísimo recorrer la ciudad, desplazarse a los principales atractivos y disfrutar del entorno sin complicaciones. Queremos hacer una mención muy especial a Alex (el mánager) y a Caro. Su atención al cliente fue extraordinaria: siempre atentos, profesionales, amables y dispuestos a cuidar cada pequeño detalle para asegurarse de que nuestra estancia fuera inolvidable. Sin duda, volveremos a hospedarnos aquí en nuestro próximo viaje. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

  We stayed here for a few nights so I feel like I can leave an informed review. Lemme hit it. Pretty solid positives. It's clean and crisp feeling in general. There's no mold, the air is dry and it smells amazing. The rooms, halls and lobby are bright and modern and it's pretty much soundproof between the rooms. I never knew my neighbors were there, but we kept running into each other in the halls. The beds are clean and comfortable and the floors and furniture in our room were new. The bathroom was immaculate and it was stocked with really awesome toiletries like shampoo and conditioner. Super cute and really modern with a snazzy capacitive touch control mirror light in ours. The staff is friendly but they are also this hotel's only weakness in my opinion based on the few nights that I stayed. I don't think they care very much about you. That's the only negative I have. On several occasions I was seen struggling to open the door while trying to get through it with armfuls of bags. I was exhausted and I really could have used some help opening the door but when an employee saw me from maybe 20 ft away, he looked right at me and then quickly looked away and turned the hallway corner. I felt sad about it. What if I had a medical issue? What if I had been sick? I wasn't, but someone else might be in the future and they will need help. The next day, when I was struggling to get out of the hotel room itself with a mobility device, the housekeeping staff person looked at me empatheticly, offered me the towel I had asked for earlier, handed it to me, looked like she felt bad for me but didn't know what to do, and then she hustled away with the housekeeping cart. It would have been super cool if she had held the door since I was struggling. These guys aren't bad people, but some of them are there who clearly don't want to be or don't know how to be. I get it. Things are hard and taking care of tourists is hard I know. I understand. In the future though, when new employees are considered, try to find people who want to be there because they like the hospitality industry. Find people who genuinely engage with others. Bad days suck and everyone has off days but I see a lot of room for improvement for the staff. Help them go the little bit extra to help someone without being asked to. That one negative thing out of the way.... STAY HERE. Give these guys your business and help them out. They have everything you could would want for a clean, safe, quiet place to stay near the parks and they are working HARD to make improvements in the property and it shows because the place is SO nice. Work on that other thing tho. K bye♥️
