  I loved Hannah i believe her name was she was amazing very accommodating and great personality. I do think the building is in desperate need for renovations... The hallway's are hot musky and humid like there's no AC the elevators are sketchy rusted and look very old, the room smelled bad like just never been cleaned almost the carpet is gross, they really need to dedicate more in the inside like they have the outside of the hotel. it is in a really prime location, the pool is nice size and you have beach view, also walk way to beach which is awesome also they do allow dogs so i would stay here again for that, most hotels i called didn't allow my baby.

  Dirty room, stained sheets, entire floor smells like weed. WiFi doesn't work and receptionist just shrugging shoulders. Old run down properly...

  Excellent apartment layout and stunning oceanfront location. However, the carpet within all room is poorly maintained, moldy and dusty. Not recomended to any guest that may have allergies.

  I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. What bothered me most was the difference between what was advertised online and what I experienced at the hotel. The website stated that parking was free, but at the front desk there was a sign showing a $24.99 parking fee. There was also no free breakfast, despite the information I saw when making the reservation through Expedia. I felt misled by the advertising and honestly felt like I was being scammed. Hotels should clearly and honestly disclose all fees and amenities before guests make a reservation. I hope management reviews this issue and makes the information on the website match the actual charges and services.

  This hotel has a fabulous beachfront location. The room was adequate. Renovations are scheduled for September 2026. Afterward, my rating will go up. Staff was cordial and professional. I'd have no hesitation staying there again.
