  My biggest issues with the room I stayed in are these in no particular order: 1) The walls were paper thin and I could hear everything going on in the hallways. 2) The floor boards in my room were not glued down properly to the substrate. I could get down on my knees and lift them out of place. 3) There was a door that lead to the outside right outside my room... this was fantastic! Except the door couldn't be used because it wouldn't shut or lock properly if opened. So I couldn't use it.

  The staff is very nice. The breakfast was better than expected. Unfortunately they work at an old hotel that has been poorly maintained. The pool was not usable. There are multiple pallets stored in the lobby area. The gym has broken equipment. Both beds in my room are worn out and noisy. The door to the parking lot acknowledged my room key on Friday but not Saturday. The room door did not meet the minimum 20 minute fire rating requirement.

  Checked in around 11pm after Sun N Fun. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Front desk lady is very nice and provided us with 2 toothbrush’s and toothpaste as we forgot them lol. The Breakfast was good and clean area. I didn’t get a chance to utilize the weight room but it appeared clean and sufficient in equipment. There is a laundry room I didn’t use it but it looked nice as well.

  Currently staying here for the weekend, we drove 12 hours to Florida for a family funeral, we came here with our 2 children under the age of 3. Everyone had been friendly so far but the lady who cleans the breakfast area is as rude as can be!!!! Snide remarks all morning long. She made one snide remark about my 3 years old daughter about how she shouldn't be “running” around in here…. My daughter did a twirl to show us how a princess twirls and the evil lady apparently thinks that is somehow wrong….. (she wasn’t bothering anyone). She then made a snide remark in front of everyone that she is not anyone’s “maid” and they need to clean up after themselves. She then made another comment to my 3 years old daughter to not knock someone’s coffee over ( she was no where near close to knocking anyone’s coffee over) that lady just likes to complain about everything. She also was rude when someone told her there was no more yogurt. Rude rude rude rude rude she is. She does NOT need to be in customer service. She apparently doesn’t even like her job because she complained in front of people the entire time. This is supposed to be a home away from home and she made us feel very unwelcome.

  Very nice staff and room was very clean
