  This boutique is stunning. Karen went above and beyond to make sure I was invited in and answered all my questions. I knew what I had in mind and she was able to make sure my needs were met. I highly recommend this store and the sales associates here, especially Karen.

  I have been working with Natalie for about a year, and she has been amazing on every level. She of course knows VC inside and out, but also has a strong background in high-horology. She works very hard, is true to her word, and is great at staying in touch. Highly recommended.

  First, I would like to say the new Vacheron location is BEAUTIFUL. And 2nd and most importantly.. there a gentleman in there, his name is Lionel Gning- The nicest gentleman you will meet! He took his time and was extremely professional. Let’s say the “other brands” aren’t so lucky with people like this. If you interested please stop by and take a look at the beutiful pieces.

  Had a pretty decent experience buying my first Vacheron watch. My sales guy was pretty professional and did get me the watch that I really wanted in the end. I’m only giving 4 stars because I wish the process was a bit more personalized, the price points are very high and I was expecting better service. Not that it was bad, but I wanted to start building a long relationship with Vacheron but instead it just felt like a cold transaction. Ever heard anything since or got any follow ups. Not good or bad but was hoping for a bit better service.
