  We stayed at this hotel for four weeks and had a great experience. Cleanliness was top-notch: the rooms were modern and immaculate, and room service always did a great job. The common areas and pool are also very well-maintained. All of the staff are very friendly, and you can truly feel that they are treated well and enjoy their jobs. Breakfast was wonderful because it changed slightly every day, and the staff kept everything fully stocked until the cutoff time so we always had plenty of choices. Our suite was spacious and comfortable enough for a family of four, and the overall hotel atmosphere was peaceful. We would definitely recommend it and stay here again when we are in the Miami-Kendall area.

  Leo at the front desk provided outstanding customer service from the moment I arrived. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He was extremely helpful with any accommodations I requested and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in his work.   Servicio al cliente Exelente.. los cuarto muy limpio y muy bonitos .las sala muy linda y todos sus alrededores estaban exelente ..a mi me encantó l servicio de desayuno en 10 …recomendable este hotel😊

  Whenever we come to the area and visit family this is always where we stay. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great atmosphere overall. Breakfast is good. A lot of parking, although the spots are a bit small, but not a big deal. Nice quiet location, very safe in our experience. We've had a great time here, 10/10 recommend.
