  We had an 1-night layover in Miami, so we book a room in B&B because of the location and price. We were very pleased with the room, bed was comfortable and had all the essentials. The breakfast was very good. And we like the service. David, Heidi and Belkis were very nice and know how to please the guests.

  Just stay at the hotel was incredible Alba was amazing the most helpful person in the world this hotel. I will always come back to you for the rest of my life. The reason why I’m leaving a good five star review is the hotel is remodeled it is clean, but are comfortable pillows are comfortable. The one issues I’ve had was that the door doesn’t close all the way on 409. And I completely understand that it’s a new remodeled hotel and everything is new. I will always come back to this hotel. The only downfall is that the breakfast was only $10. I just wish it was free. Thank you guys for an amazing experience.

  b&b hotel was perfect for our trip! it was right next to the airport and was so convenient for us, especially being central to everywhere we wanted to go. the room was clean and cozy, bed was super comfy, ac/heat worked great, bathroom was big, nice tv, huge window (in the halls you can even see the planes! ), lock/safe, and mini fridge. the staff were fantastic as well! the guy who checked us in was very nice, alba helped us out so much, and we met the manager upon check-out and she was great too. everyone was so friendly. great stay and definitely recommend! we will 100% be coming back :)!

  DO NOT GO HERE. STICKY ROOM FLOORS, EARLY MORNING CONSTRUCTION ac does not work in rooms. I’d like to start by saying the property manager at this location is splendid. very respectful and hospitable.HOWEVER, the rest of the staff is horrible (besides the nice cleaning ladies) today, early afternoon there was an incident at the hotel front desk THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY FAMILY. me and my family were outside on the bench. after the dispute settled and the person left out, i went in to check on my few bags while waiting for my uber, the front desk associate( a heavy set man with his hair all over the place) tells me me and my family have to go because he seen us speaking to who he had a disagreement with. all while he’s on the phone with the police, obviously i was confused and with a child so im demanding answers at this point. why are we being removed??? he wouldn’t give me any info or even his name. i called to speak to the property manager and the front desk manager picked up at 4:10 pm after multiple attempts and she said it doesn’t matter because i’m banned from booking again and hung up on me. GOOD! DO NOT go here, the room floors are sticky, girls bleed all over the sheets coming back from getting bbls all day, they wake you up early in the morning with renovations STAY FAR AWAY!

  The worst hotel experience I have ever had. I had reservations for two rooms, and after checking in, we went to our rooms only to discover that neither had been cleaned after the previous guests. The beds were unmade, dirty towels were left on the floor, and the rooms were completely unacceptable. I immediately returned to the front desk to request different rooms. Shockingly, after being assigned five different rooms, every single one was in the same condition, uncleaned and clearly not ready for new guests. At that point, I had no choice but to request a full refund and scramble to find another hotel for my family. This experience was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. It wasted hours of our trip and caused unnecessary stress after a long day of traveling. The lack of cleanliness and the apparent absence of any quality control is inexcusable. I am extremely disappointed that Delta Air Lines lists this hotel on its website. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this property. It was by far the most disappointing hotel experience I have ever had.
