  One of the most toxic work environments I have been a part of in my 62 years. I have a Family Search account and was instructed if i wanted to find more records for my German family to go to The Church of Later-day Saints, Family Search Center. We may be in the Later days but there were no Saints present. Diane Kleppel who works Tuesdays was rude, condescending, and dismissive. Told her how to pronounce the name she said, "It doesn't matter", Ok fair enough if want to converse about a name I felt it helpful.. Told her the correct spelling of the name she said, " on this document, maybe". Told her she was on the wrong family line she said, "It doesn't matter". Had to leave before getting information because she had a condescending comment for everything I said, which was only trying to help her. If you want help with German records I would suggest going Wednesday or Thursday.
