Location is great (close to the disney parks) if you ignore the nearby construction.
Room design is a bit weird having two twin beds crammed into a small enclove and a King in the main area. Would've been better to have a door separating the twins from the king or at least a curtain.
Biggest issue was the musty/mildew smell. I had allergy attacks every time I went to the bathroom so there must be some serious (hidden) mold issues going on.
AC was pretty weak.
Room service would take but not replace things. There was also not enough shampoo/conditioner so I had to ask the desk in person late at night (room phone was broken).
Breakfast sucked with the pancake machine being broken. There weren't many options to begin with so this was unfortunate.
Elevator had me on edge. Pretty clunky and would studder/stall. Doors close pretty fast.

A poor experience.
We asked for our room to be cleaned on three consecutive days. Friday. Saturday. Sunday. Each time we were assured it would be done. Each evening we returned to find...nothing. The room hadn't been cleaned once.
By the third request it felt like we were being ignored.
The room was already below standard when we checked in, with dirty bed linen, an unclean bathroom and damaged furniture. Because housekeeping never came, basic supplies such as toilet paper weren't replenished. Breakfast was medicore.
To make matters worse, the room telephone doesn't work, so every request means walking downstairs to reception. The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay, and when we complained we were bizarrely told it was because we were visiting from England.
What shocked us most was the attitude. No apology. No explanation. Just repeated assurances followed by no action.
This isn't about one mistake. It's about a hotel that appears either unable or unwilling to provide the most basic level of housekeeping.
We have submitted a formal complaint and requested a substantial refund. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

We checked into the hotel at 10.30pm and, within 10 minutes of entering our room, we saw roaches and a mouse. My 6 years old daughter was extremely frightened and began screaming because of the situation.
I immediately went to the front desk and spoke with night auditor. He apologized for the condition of the room and assured me that a refund would be provided. Based on that assurance, we proceeded accordingly.
However, the following day, management denied the refund and retained our payment. During our stay, we also learned that several other guests had experienced issues with mold, bugs, and overall room conditions.
We are very disappointed not only with the condition of the property but also with the lack of follow-through regarding the refund that was promised. We believe the situation was handled unprofessionally and that the assurances provided to us were misleading.

Please do not stay at this hotel!!! I have no idea how they get 5 star ratings as the hotel is dirty, outdated and has a mold problem! We had to change room 3 times because of the horrible mildew smell in the rooms. My husband is allergic to mold and he couldn’t breathe. We should have left that first night but it was late and we were exhausted. They finally gave us a third room that had less mildew. But the rooms are old and in disrepair. The furniture is dirty, the bathroom has no ventilation/exhaust fans and the floor tiles are dirty, cracked and loose. The beds only had fitted sheets with no top sheet, just blankets. We have never had such a horrible experience. The entire hotel needs a complete renovation and full mold remediation. We will never go back. Please do not believe the 5 star ratings. We have traveled extensively and this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The front desk staff was kind. That was the only positive.

This was the most degrading experience I have ever had as a customer. The hotel manager Patel treated me with absolute contempt, disrespected me and dehumanizing his own staff in front of me several times He abused his authority to humiliate me, claiming I didn’t understand English when I do. It is intolerable . This hotel would do a favor to the world if he no longer worked there. I waste my time and money I really do not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
