  This location was perfect for our needs! We checked in around 5pm, got a beautiful BRAND NEW room with super comfortable beds that put me into a deep, sound sleep. Bernice checked us out so smoothly the morning after and printed our boarding passes for our cruise. Will definitely be back whenever I’m in Jacksonville, and I look forward to visiting their other locations when I am in Orlando or Miami. Thank you all for everything!

  This is by far one of the nicest hotels I stayed in and Ink on the road 11 months or of the year. Best hotel in Jacksonville FL. They just recently opened it and it is so nice. No complaints!!

  After arriving well after 1 a.m., Ben at the front desk couldn’t have made the experience easier. He welcomed me with a smile and had me checked in within minutes. The next morning, Ilona, one of the hotel’s owners, was equally wonderful—accommodating a late checkout and offering me a morning cup of coffee. The property is lovely. The rooms are clean and inviting, and the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the scent and atmosphere of a luxury spa. The breakfast room is beautiful, with large windows overlooking the pool and center courtyard. This truly feels like a boutique/high-end hotel, and yet, B&B offers a level of quality and experience that’s very hard to find at this price point. I’ll absolutely be staying here anytime I’m in Jacksonville for business!

  The parking lot and exterior are still in major renovation and updating, overall amazing find if your into a very clean,cold, great smelling room. Im highly allergic to mold mildew and dust. Its definitely been a breath of fresh air and it was awesome not getting hit with heat humidity or musk when opening the door. Instead. Clean plank and tile flooring and a modern clean interior for the win. Next door and 8n walk8ng distance is a local restaurant and a rental car location right in the building if your looking for a good airport stay just off location. Or its a great find just minutes from I95 if you want a clean and slightly off the path stay for a better price and way better customer service! Night staff aka solo dude. Totally welcomed me at 1 am instead of giving me "we just did the nightly books speil'. He Started with a smile and ended with a smile.(im way to tired to remember his name unfortunately) I never once felt like I was an inconvenience to him. He listened intentionally, responded genuinely and polietly, and even walked out to the car to check all was OK and no extra assistance would be needed. Downfalls. Still getting breakfast permits and new lounges built. Major rehauls happening but if you need a queit clean friendly and pet friendly place no bugs, no drugs, no chaos and at a fair honest rate, This is your place!
