  I would stay here again and again. There’s was nothing short of perfect during our stay. The location is mesmerizing, everything is walkable, the rooms were spacious and super clean and the stay was lovely.

  Wonderful clean room, cute hotel on the water, very good restaurant next door and steps away from the lovely historic district. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back.

  The hotel was clean and the people were friendly. Parking spots were a little narrow. Complimentary breakfast was hot and fresh and well maintained. Overall a very nice place and would stay again. It was just some little things about the rooms like places to charge devices and just some general wear and tear that is really to be expected. Location was slightly inconvenient getting in and out depending on direction of travel.

  I didn’t like the customer service. We were given a room on the 1st floor, and when we asked to switch to a room on the 2nd floor just 5 minutes later, we were immediately refused. They explained that she couldn’t change the room, but that’s a lie. At any hotel, a guest’s request to change rooms is normal. But apparently not at this one. We also didn’t receive any smiles or kind words from the staff

  We checked into the hotel today and were assigned a room on the first floor. We politely asked the front desk if it would be possible to move us to a room on a higher floor, but our request was declined without any alternative being offered. It was disappointing, especially since we made the request in a friendly and respectful way. Unfortunately, this affected our first impression of the hotel.
