  The staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the amenities were in great working order. The pool was relaxing. The laundry area was clean and machines worked great.

  Very nice room, very quiet, no noise from other rooms. Room had all the amenities as well.

  The room was clean. The front desk was kind enough to help me with bags as I'm disabled and needed a handicap room.

  When I arrived, I thought that this would be a good place but as soon as I walked into my room, there was some trash on the floor. Then when it was time to get in bed, I pulled back the sheets only to find hairs in my bed. The sheets were wrinkly & it made me wonder if it had been changed. I should have asked for a better room but I was exhausted from driving 11 hours. The next morning when I went to breakfast, the dining room was questioning me whether I was truly a guest right after I had turned in my room card. Then upon my departure, they refused to give me a receipt. In all honesty, this place is overpriced for what you get! So much for courtesy, hospitality & service!

  Could tell this is an older hotel. Room was clean and well organized. However, I could not understand how to turn the shower on. I pulled, pushed, and twisted everything i possibly could. I had to take a bath instead.
