  I had a wonderful experience at the Bulgari store in Washington, D.C. The service was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. I was with my two children, and everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating. No one rushed me at any point, which allowed me to calmly choose what I wanted, try it on, and receive detailed instructions on how to care for my purchase. The item was beautifully packaged, and I truly appreciate the care and attention I received from Paul. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the overall experience.   I had an absolutely exceptional experience at the Bulgari store. I wanted a very special watch for my wife, and DOA went above and beyond to help me prepare the gift exactly the way I envisioned. The level of care, attention to detail, and genuine kindness was truly outstanding. What made this experience even more meaningful is that we had just welcomed a new baby, and Kristin, the store manager, personally brought the watch to us. That gesture meant more than words can express. It wasn’t just luxury service—it was human, thoughtful, and incredibly memorable.
