  Found bed bugs in our room and kept getting locked out of our room. Jody smith the manager was horrible she could never be found and then when I got to complain to her she threw me out and still charged me. Then told staff we were unwelcome there. She has the worst customer service. You would think when a customer finds bed bugs they would be taken care of properly. Will never stay here again not due to staff but due to management.

  This was the 2nd time we have stayed here we enjoyed the 1st time so much. Just as happy this time and will be back the next time we're in the area.

  Excellent hotel for pet owners who are traveling. Nice rooms. First floor rooms have doors that open to the outside. The hotel had its own green space for pets and there is a lot of options quite near the hotel, including a paved path around a pond. Friendly, professional staff.
