  Wonderful location. Clean and very well run. Comfortable beds and nice breakfast.

  The hotel was fine, although this was the first Best Western I can remember where I was not thanked/given bottled water for being a Diamond Select member. The primary reason I am penalizing them with a negative review is the deceptive $2.95 “hotel service fee” that is not disclosed at the time of booking and is not visible anywhere on the Best Western website/app when you view your reservation. Hope stealing my three bucks was worth it!

  I have been staying at this Best Western every time I come to Denver and have enjoyed the amenities and every employee that's helped me, but the night front desk employee Kim is absolutely one of the rudest people I have come across. It actually made me consider finding another location or hotel to stay at this time around. She clearly does not possess the competence or hospitality skills to provide minimum customer service. I want to reiterate- every other employee has been nothing but helpful and made it a positive experience.
