  I stayed at Best Western Plus Hudson Hotel & Suites for one night while driving across the state and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable everything was. After several hours on the road, having a clean room, a comfortable bed, and a quiet environment made a huge difference. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming despite my late arrival. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was a nice bonus before getting back on the road. I would definitely consider staying here again during future trips through the area.

  Got hit with a late checkout fee despite leaving within the complimentary window, and they had the audacity to also claim "property damage" because we didn't gather quite all small pieces of trash. Ridiculous.
