Traveling across country, reserved room by phone to front desk. Asked for ground floor, pet friendly room. Given #102 at end of hall next to outside door. Room looked nice and was very comfortable per BW Plus standards! Linen and towels very nice. Microwave and mini refrigerator worked well. Refrig has tiny freezer with plastic cover- did refreeze our gel packs. Breakfast fresh and good selection. Ample area to walk dog around hotel plus -down dirt road behind hotel is wildlife refuge! No off leash but lots of trails to walk an active dog

We had a great stay at the Best Western Plus Overland Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff was especially helpful, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Loved it! Accidentally ended up staying here 3 nights and while it was a bit outside my budget, I kind of understand the price despite it being in fort Morgan (respectfully lol) The hotel is really nice and well taken care of. Cant really hear people in the halls when inside the room. The back yard area is perfect for chillin, nice country tunes playing, get to look out over a little farmland. The staff is so nice and accommodating. Rooms are clean and new. Just overall well taken care of. Def a lot of field workers / line men vibes in there sometimes. Only thing is the room controlled fan AC unit was a little mid.. ended up cracking a window and turning on the bathroom fan for better cool air circulation. If you’re on the highway side, you can definitely hear the highway so would recommend earplugs. Beds are comfy and have two pillow firmness/softness options. Dogs are welcome.

While staying at the fort Morgan Colorado location. At around 9 am mind you check out is at 11. We go to the pool where a maintenance man was in the area he looked to be cleaning the ground but left when we came in taking equipment and a sprayer out of the pool area. We get in the hot tub. 20 mins later my kid gets in the pool but decides it’s too cold and comes back in to the hot tub. Well the maintenance man comes back in and says I just put acid in the pool and to not get in the pool for 20 more minutes. Mind you this comes too late as my kid just got out of the pool and we had already been in the hot tub. I go talk to the gal at the front desk she said a manager would be in contact. (she never did) well she did call called when we left and was on the road back home. Didn’t bother leaving a message. Well after talking to the lady at the front desk I forgot my sweater so we went back into the pool area where the man was leaning in the hot tub scooping water into his hand and smelling it. I express my concern that I not longer believe we were “safe” to be in the hot tub. The maid was in the pool area and I asked why is he smelling it then? She said he’s just “checking” it. My husband then Talks to the worker where he says look I didn’t even need to tell you that was just as a courtesy. Well we both took showers in hope of rinsing the chemicals off our bodies packed up and will never be back. We always try and stay at best westerns and this is our 4th time staying at this location . Mainly so my daughter and I had the pool while my husband would stay with a friend who just moved there a few years ago. Well that is completely ruined now for this location 100 percent but honestly my trust in best western isn’t much better.

The breakfast here is fantastic. The wait staff are friendly and keep everything stocked and clean. Best hotel I've been in so far on this 10 day trip.
