  I stayed here in room 207 June 8th checked out June 9th 2026 I booked through my best western app because I’m a platinum rewards member however when i asked the guy in the front desk to give my receipt to show i used my card to pay for my stay to give to my employer he gave me so much hassle. I just called today to see if I could get it they still haven’t given me what I asked for. I won’t stay here again

  I loved the design. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows. The staff was very attentive. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the fruit was delicious. We paid an additional $10 for a late check-out at 1:00 PM, which was very convenient. I liked the building’s narrow design, but it seems that limited the space available for an elevator, and we happened to have some heavy luggage. I also didn’t see that mentioned anywhere beforehand. They offer laundry facilities, but the machines were not working during our stay. However, the staff gave us coins and directed us to a nearby location, which we appreciated. It’s an excellent hotel with great service.

  It is clean and has an indoor hot tub!
