  This was actually a very nice hotel. Rooms are large and very clean. Breakfast varies each day. My only concern is the section we were in had no staff at their front desk.

  Ordentliches und sauberes Hotel mit reichhaltigem Frühstück und freundlichen Personal. Poolbereich und Fitness Studio in gutem Zustand, hat Spaß gemacht. Absolut rauchfreies Hotel inklusive dem Grundstück.

  My flight was cancelled at the last minute. Because I had a non-refundable room, the manager at this hotel would not refund or rebook me for another night. This is terrible customer service. I am out $377 because of greed it seems.

  This is a wonderful and convenient place to stay in Estes Park. No hidden fees or extra taxes in your bill. Colleen was extremely helpful when my family unexpectedly needed an early check-in and she was very responsive through messaging in the hotel's app. The decor was clean and customized with local photography. We had a mountain view room and it had seating on a balcony with unobstructed views of the mountains! The entire hotel was so clean, and every single employee took the time to welcome us and say hello. We had also stayed at the Stanley, and my kids liked this hotel much better. They even had breakfast-to-go options.

  Great location right outside the busy downtown area of Estes Park, but still within city limits. Less than 10 minutes from RMNP! Clean room, great pool & hot tub, fitness room( did not use), & a very nice continental breakfast with many options, & extremely friendly staff from our check in to check out! Highly recommended for a family. Pricing was very reasonable. I’d come back!
