  I have stayed here a lot in the last few years. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and I've always felt safe there. Great pet policy and the location is the best. The only con I have is that the pillows are lumpy and miserable. Bring your own.

  We stayed for just 1 night ,front desk lady with red hair she was awesome,super friendly,and very informative when I asked about the Palisades peaches. She needs a raise! The room wasn't very clean floors looked like they have never been carpet cleaned at all, there was crumbs ,hair im corners of bathroom and main room. The pool was heated pretty warm no point in getting in the hot tub which was too hot. The inside of pool was falling apart etc

  Called the hotel for a room on a local number listed on the website. Call was answered "reservations". The individual that answered the phone was difficult to understand and wanted $100. 00 more than the hotel did when I called them directly. This is not a scam, this is a legitimate business which all hotels utilize. Draw your own conclusions.

  Very nice place with comfy clean rooms and beds, nice court yard and easy parking. Nearby stores and overall was quiet. Nice pool, hot tub was broke but the pool was warm. Good breakfast in the morning. Good price and friendly staff.

  We have previously had a good stay here but this time we're leaving 1.5 hours after checking in due to live beetles in our room plus various dead bugs around the room (moths and flies). Front desk basically said "I don't see an infestation so I can't call the manager or issue a refund" and tried to gaslight me by saying she didn't see any bugs herself. Editing my review to bump up a star three days later after resolving the issue through Best Western Corporate and the hotel manager. The manager, Nicole, was very understanding and handled the situation great, issuing a full refund and apologizing for the treatment from the front desk. I understand that bugs, and these particular beetles, are a common issue here in Colorado however the reaction from the front desk was unacceptable.
