  The rooms are good for my purpose. Service was as it should be & it is located right off the highway.

  Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Front desk staff can be pretty rude and unwelcoming how ever, acting defensively before helping me on multiple occasions.

  August 2026: Just barely ok. Could be much better if maintained even marginally. Breakfast was available in a big room, but was not good. As noted by others, eggs were cold and tasted strange. The hotel is very dog friendly, so you may be seated next to a dog licking itself while you eat. Lots of barking too, if you're into that. Questioning my Best Western membership after several stays similar to this one.

  Breakfast.. the area was huge, had great hopes. The food was cold, when she had it ready but, the milk was warm. It wasn't busy and the pans were empty. She seemed annoyed when asked if there would be food at some point and sauntered when checking. There was a toaster but, no bread for toast? The service wasn't pleasant but, the flies were good company. The man at the front desk was super kind and friendlywhen we checked in around 11 pm. The rooms were clean but older and smelled of bleach, we were happy to find a room as 4 others we checked along our route were full. Ice machines were either empty or broken. Not worth the $150± for the night. Sad that the Fairfeild across the street was full. My stars are for a luke warm shower, a place to lay down after diving 12 hours and the kind man at the front desk.

  Carolyn, the night manager, was absolutely wonderful. Even though she was working a double shift, she still made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. She was friendly, outgoing, and went out of her way to help us get settled in comfortably. Employees like Carolyn are the reason people choose to come back and stay again. We truly appreciated her exceptional hospitality and outstanding customer service.
